Story

Chapters

Yuna Lee, otherwise known as “D.Mon”, was a dominant player in the esports scene during her college years who quickly earned a reputation for her tactical precision and composure under pressure. After years of professional play, Yuna found even more success when a new member joined her team: Hana Song, known better as D.Va. While D.Va carried games with her aggressive playstyle, D.Mon anchored the team, bringing the calm, control, and strategy that secured their victories. The two formed quite the dynamic duo and consistently pushed one another to improve, building an unbreakable friendship.

Even after the Omnic Crisis, Korea still faced the threat of the mysterious Gwishin omnics who attacked from a mobile omnium in the East China Sea. Yuna was recruited alongside Hana into the Mobile Exo-Force of the Korean Army, bringing their established synergy into the field. The MEKA squad stood strong for years, but after D.Va joined Overwatch to support the fight against Null sector, there was suddenly a gap left in MEKA’s roster. Without its central striker, the squad struggled to maintain balance. Captain Myung appointed D.Mon as the new MEKA squad leader, confident she would find a way to balance the team and keep them strong against the increasing Gwishin attacks. Unaccustomed to the pressure of being in the spotlight, Yuna initially struggled with this added responsibility. Ultimately, she found her footing not by replacing D.Va, but by redefining the team—building a more coordinated, resilient unit that fought together, rather than relying on any single pilot.

As D.Mon rebuilt the MEKA squad’s morale and structure, the danger of Talon’s global conquest lingered in the shadows—a threat made real when Vendetta directed the Junkers to attack Busan. Yuna was forced to put everything she had built to the test in real time, defending her home in the wake of Vendetta’s theft of the MEKA base's EMP bomb prototype. Under D.Mon’s leadership, MEKA fought to secure the city from the Junker threat—no longer defined by a single star, but as a unified force.
